Cornelius, NC: Park Avenue Properties announces the purchase of the residential property management assets of Charlotte based firm, Barnett Real Estate. This purchase, effective January 1, 2014, increases Park Avenue Properties property management portfolio by 212 residential rental properties located throughout the Charlotte area.
"For the past few years, the Park Avenue Properties and Barnett Real Estate teams have admired each other's expertise and strengths in the residential Property Management industry," said John Bradford, CEO and Founder of Park Avenue Properties. "Eventually, it became clear that if our two teams were to become one, we would be able to accomplish even more than we could separately."
Sam Barnett, President of Barnett Real Estate, has been named Director of Operations at Park Avenue Properties. Additionally, Barnett's entire staff has joined the Park Avenue Properties team.
