Realtor® Guarantee
It is Park Avenue Properties, LLC, business policy to support and respect the representations of Realtors® who refer us business. Park Avenue Properties, LLC, hereby guarantees the following:
If our firm inadvertently represents a tenant or owner in a real estate purchase or sales transaction where that same tenant or owner is actively represented by the same referring Realtor® at the time of the transaction we will reimburse the Realtor’s® firm the exact commissions as shown on the HUD-1 settlement statement. This commission will be reimbursed within 30-days after the documented discovery of the inadvertent representation. This guarantee applies to the first purchase or sales transaction made by the respective tenant or owner during or immediately following doing business with our firm.
Simply put, we respect the Law of Agency and present it to Realtors® in writing.
