Submit a Maintenance Request
If you are having a property maintenance EMERGENCY that requires an urgent response from things such as, but not limited to, a FIRE, LOITERING or you experienced a BREAK-IN please call 911.
If you are having a water leak somewhere in the house please turn off the main water valve to stop the supply of water. This turn-off valve is usually found in the garage, laundry room or pantry and has a lever style handle that is usually yellow or red.
Please note that all non-emergency maintenance calls are scheduled for maintenance within 12 business hours of your written request. Business hours are defined as Monday through Friday, 8AM – 6PM. Any written requests submitted outside these hours will be handled the next business day. If you claim something is an emergency and that is determined not to be the case then you will be billed the increased labor charges for after-hour maintenance calls. If you are having an after-hours emergency that fits the description below please state this very clearly in the text box and call 704-453-3576.

Plumbing: No Water, No Hot Water, Uncontrollable Water Leak
Electrical: No Electricity , Electrical Short
Heat: No heat and INSIDE temperatures are below 55 degrees Fahrenheit.
Air Conditioning: No air conditioning and INSIDE temperatures are above 85 degrees Fahrenheit.
Appliance: Inoperable Refrigerator or Freezer
