Maintenance

Uncontrolled maintenance costs can often drive a landlord out of business. Our maintenance team is run unlike most firms. We only service our properties. We bill by the hour and it is billed to the 15-minute increment with absolutely no time minimum. If you tried to call a local handy-man you will see that not only are we less per labor hour but we also do not require a 2-hour minimum. To be very candid, we offer maintenance services only to the properties that we manage. We do not manage this team as a profit center but, rather, a means to an end.

We can only make repairs up to $250 without your written permission. Even still, we keep you informed of what is going on so there are no surprises. We pride ourselves on our unique ability to make repairs quickly and as economically as feasible to further support our owners.
