Park Avenue Properties is a Real Estate and residential Property Management firm. We manage over 1,000 residential properties throughout three states – NC, SC and TN. Our management portfolio includes single family homes, town homes and condominiums in the Greater Charlotte, Raleigh, Myrtle Beach, Charleston and Memphis areas. We are continuing to expand into a few selected major cities within the three states where we are licensed.

Our Real Estate team consults and advises investors from all over the United States in the acquisition of foreclosures, short sales, REO properties, bank-owned homes, HUD properties and inventory homes as investments. Park Avenue Properties not only has the ability to manage the renovation (i.e. painting/carpet/etc.) of your newly acquired property but we also offer our clients first class property management services.

In markets outside the Greater Charlotte area we do not sell real estate; however, we have forged strong relationships with the area’s top producers. We will refer you to a top producer at no charge to you to ensure you have the absolute best resources to assist you in your real estate needs.
