- We ensure all showings are Agent assisted. No property access is given unless he/she is a licensed Agent.
- We show your property not only during the week but on weekends, too.
- We use security code lockboxes on each property so that other Realtor® / Agents do not have to sign out a key at our office. Signing out keys is a deterrent to Realtors ® / Agents and, in many cases, they will not show your property due to the extra time and gas required to pick up a key and take it back to the office.
- Not only are we a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM ® www.narpm.org) but our firm owner serves on a NARPM ® National committee as a Vice Chairman and is also President of the local NC Chapter.
- We disburse funds around the middle of the each month and not 30 days after it is collected. We also can send you your rent monies via ACH electronic transfer and not a physical check which also means you get your money faster.
- We do not manage home owner associations (HOAs) or apartment complexes. We have built our management expertise in single family homes, condominiums and town homes with rental values of $800 and up.
- We co-broker with 11,000+ Realtors ® in the Greater Charlotte area and pay them generous commissions for bringing us a renter in which we pay the commissions – not you!
- If you find the tenant, then we do not charge you a finder’s fee. Simply put, we are results oriented. If you find the tenant, then we are not entitled to the finder's fee. We will qualify them for you and all you pay is for any advertising costs we may have incurred.
- Our fee structure is built on our performance to find a qualified tenant as well as our customer loyalty. Our fees actually decrease the longer it takes us to find a tenant. Once again, we are results oriented.
- We exclusively advertise each and every property. We do not charge a separate marketing fee but pay for our advertising charges from our finder’s fee.
