Park Avenue Properties' Property Management Group manages hundreds of single family homes, town homes and condominiums with a minimum rental rate of $800.00 per month and up to $5,000.00 per month. We are Charlotte's ONLY firm that holds Rental Open Houses! We do NOT manage Homeowner’s Associations (HOAs), apartment complexes or commercial properties. We want to be known as experts at a few things versus just being “good” in many. Our firm’s monthly property management fees actually DECREASE the longer it takes us to find a qualified tenant. We drive results and are willing to reduce our rates to support our results-driven philosophy. Our vacancy rate is extremely low due to our market expertise and personalized service to every rental prospect. Furthermore, because we are Realtors ®, too, we advertise in the local MLS, reaching over 11,000 Realtors ®, as well as numerous rental advertising outlets. We are the ONLY firm in the Greater Charlotte area advertising our rentals on the radio, 107.9 FM The Link. Lastly, the Owner of Park Avenue Properties serves as the President of the NC National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM ®) as well as a National Vice Chairman of NARPM’s ® Member Services Committee.
