One of our Agents has been doing BPOs (Broker Pricing Opinions) for several banks and lenders for several years now. At times, this gives our firm additional insight into what the asset managers need to net (i.e. their required price after negotiations) when selling a specific property. This valuable insight can obviously help the clients we represent.
Our firm has sold a high volume of distressed properties to clients all over the United States. Many of the clients we represent are referrals from other satisfied investors who have experienced our sales expertise and methodology.
