Park Avenue Properties core competency is helping our clients identify and procure foreclosure/short sale/HUD properties. We then help them either resale the property(s) or manage the property(s) as a rental.
We periodically schedule local foreclosure seminars in an effort to explain and offer our expertise to experienced and first-time investors alike.
Our model is simple yet proven…we only identify and recommend properties that we know we can rent. There are too many Agents in our industry trying to offer their clients “investment advice” only for the investor to ultimately learn that the property cannot actually rent or resale for what he/she was told.
Since we usually manage what we sell you can see understand how our model is an honest one. We also have tested and proven results time and time again.
