Laneishia M. Waters joined the Park Avenue Properties team after relocating from the Philadelphia area in May 2010. Her background in Social Relations at Cheyney University in Pennsylvania and five plus years of experience in Administrative Services combined with her sunny disposition make her a well qualified fit as a Leasing Coordinator for our Property Management division. In her spare time Laneishia enjoys walking, singing and wearing flowers, a reflection of her sweet and jovial personality.
