Mallory Hedinger began her career in the Real Estate and Property Management industry via Capstone Development Companies. She worked on-site in the cottage housing division, assisting in earning over $1M in sales and rental revenue. Upon relocating to Charlotte, she joined the team at Park Avenue Properties as Operations Manager, where she utilizes her educational background and industry experience to assist in policy administration and daily office procedures.

Mallory is a South Carolina native and graduated from Clemson University in 2007 with a degree in Marketing. When she’s not hard at work in the office, Mallory enjoys running, baking, photography, and being an awesome aunt.
