Wayne Ewart launched a successful career in residential real estate sales in late 2001. Born on a dairy farm in rural Huntersville, he is a Mecklenburg County native. After earning, with honors, a B.S. degree in Accounting from UNC-Charlotte, Wayne pursued his business career in accounting with Jones Operations and Maintenance, a division of The Jones Group. A thirteen year term of employment followed with Standard Trucking Company and its parent, Standard Holding Corporation, (starting as a staff accountant and ending as the V.P. of Finance of the parent company), before he discovered his affection for residential real estate sales. Wayne has sold almost $26 million over his real estate career. He joined Park Avenue Properties in January of 2010, intrigued by the range of services offered by the firm and motivated by the energy of its Owner/Founder, John Bradford, and its Sales Manager, Rich Tomasini. Wayne is licensed both in North and South Carolina and has earned the ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) designation. Recently, he also earned the SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource) designation in preparation of increased short sale and foreclosure business opportunities. Wayne resides in South Charlotte and covers all of Mecklenburg and each surrounding county. He’s had sales from uptown Charlotte to Lake Norman to Lake Wylie to Monroe to Concord and everywhere in between. He enjoys home renovation projects, family, and mindless reality TV!
