Kathy Chenette has worked in the real estate industry for over 15 years. She used to work at Lake Norman’s infamous Rainbow Deli where she built a solid friendship base in the area. She worked for Allen Tate Company as an Assistant and then worked as a Realtor for over 12 years. She has sold over $80M in real property in her real estate career.

Kathy met the firm owner, John Bradford, in a networking group in 2007. As Park Avenue Properties established itself with not only a residential property management group but also general brokerage she saw an opportunity to manage a grass roots team. She joined in 2008 as the Sales Manager of the Real Estate group and used her industry expertise to help grow this part of the firm’s business.

In her spare time she enjoys caring for her horse and dog, NASCAR racing, caring for her great niece, “Lizzy,” and facebooking.
